General Terms & Conditions
1. Your payment goes through Protx – an authorised Internet Merchant Bank where your card details are encrypted so that no-one else can see them. Only the order details and your address are sent to the Guards Shop.
2. You will receive confirmation for the transaction from Protx.

4. Queries regarding Transactions and the Website itself should be sent to support@guards-shop.com or via phone on 01462 850608. Please have the Merchant’s Cart ID and Transaction ID at hand regarding this. This is displayed on the email Protx send you as soon as you pay.
